The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a
public hearing on the question of granting a Co.ndi tional Use
Permit for a new Elementary. School for the.C.S..I.S.D. to be
located on a 10 acre tract of land at the. northwest corner of the
intersection of Welsh Street and Rock Prairie Road.
The request for Use Permit is in the name of Holster &
Associates,.. Inc., agent for the College Station Independent
School District.
The hear.ing will beheld in theCounci.l Room of the College
Station City Ha1I, 1101 South Texas Avenue at the 7:00P.M.
meeting, of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
August 4,1988.
