A public hearing is. required for a proposed conditional use permit. The applicant is
responsible for placing an advertisement in the paper at least 15 days prior to the
public hearing. The Planning Division will prepare the add. All property owners
within.200feetof subject property must be notified of the hearing. The City
prepares and mails notifications to the people on the list prepared from thc~ latest
approved Ta'XRolls. See Ordinance No. 1638' Section 14 for complete requireJoents.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Application completed in full plus list of property owners within 200 fE~et
(Planning Division prepares list upon request from applicant. ALLOW 3 'fORKING
DAYS' FOR PREPARATION OF LIST.
2. Receipt for filing fee ($25.00) plus $2. 00 for each property owner onal)ove list.
3. Ten {lO) copies of site plan which includes requirements for site planl)roposals
as listed on attached sheet. This site plan will go toP.R.C. for reviE~,
afterwhich.ten (10) copies of revised site plan will be required.
4. Detailed explanation of proposed use including. hoursofoperationt numbE~rof
employees," number of students, children, church members, etc., as appli(:able.
5. If sign is plannedfor project, site plan should include sign elevation and
details. If sign details, etc. ,arenot'.. inc!udedonplans submitted with this
application, any future sign mustbecons.idered as a separate conditionell use
