He stated that in his opinion, gravel is a temporary all-weather surface which does not lend itself to pavement marking. Additionally, he stated the project under consideration does not include curbing, which is used to control drainage anidtrafficflow. He continued by pointing out that decis.ionshave.:beenmadeinthe past for other similar projects to require one of the 3 m,entioned acceptable surfaces with curbing, so there should be additional consideration given to aesthetic consistency.
