Applicant was advised to submit plans to the Brazos County Heal th Department for rev ie~.yl approval. ~..~.~.Q..~.!!.!.Q.......~..~.Y..!.~..~.Q.N Mr. Michalsky of the Electric Division stated that if the 81)plicantsets a service pole and builds a meter loop, he would have no problem supplying service to the building. W.!.~.~..!!.......~.......~..~W.~..~.......P..!..V..!..~.!..Q.~ Operations Manager Riley of the Water & Sewer Di'vision stated that the applicant has addressed all water and sewer concerns, and he can identify no other problems with this proposal. .F.!..~.g.......P.~..~.A.~.~M.~..~.~ Assistant Fire Marshal Ellen stated that a fire hydrant must be .locatedwi tllin 300 feet of all parts of. the building, 81ld that the applicant.should indicate the distance to the nearest hydrant on the site plans. Applicant was advised to coordinate requirements for the proposed cooking equipment with the Fire Marshal's office. P..~.A~~.!.Ng.......~......~.Q.~..!.~9.......~.Q.~~.!.~..~..~.Q.~ Commissioner Colson stated that all building code and fire code requirements must be met. He recommended 2 exits for the building, although the building code requires only one exit. Mr. Colson stated that some landscaping. is desirable, and although the landscaping requirements for the Northgate area are not listed in the ordinance, he advised the applicant to follol~ some of the recommended guidelines which were supplied at this meeting. He added that planter boxes, park benches, and things of that nature would be considered landscaping on this project. Mr. Colson stated that in the past, the Commission has indicated that any portable-type project should be removed from its location ~vhen the use has ceased, and added that a 60 day time period has been indicated as the maximum time to be allowed for the removal of any portable-type building after the use has ceased. \ ~.M~..!!.~.Q.......~.~.R.y..!.q.~.~. Landfill Supervisor Smith stated that he has no problems with the applicant's proposal for trash/garbage removal. He would request that the applicant notify his office upon opening 'the business, so pickup can be scheduled. P..~.4N~.~.Ng.......P..!..!..I..~..!.Q.N Senior Planner Kee stated that the revised site plan should label the front property line, street right-of-way line and/or setback line for the building. The revised plan should also show proposed landscaping, or be accompanied by a letter describing the proposed landscaping. ~.~G..!.~~.~.~..~.N9.......P..!.Y..!..~..~.Q.~ City Engineer Pullen reviewed the proposal prior to the meeting, and submitted a note to the file Wllich states that he has identified no eng.ineering problems wi th the proposal. Applicant was advised to submit 5 copies of the revised site plans for approval prior to continuing with the B.uilding Permit Process, which was furnished at the meeting. I I I 1-- i-
