The P.R.C.meton.Septem'ber 7, 1988 to review the subject
project,and approvedthE~projectwith the following
condi.t'ions*:
1. Maintain an 8 foot Dlinimum required setback along
Holleman Drive. Sh<>w thisdimens ion on site plan. End
islands must be. a minimum of 180 square feet.
2. Show tabulations on the site plan of the breakdown of
square footages of s~pace to be for office use and that
to be used for warellouse so that parking requirements
can be documented.
3. The drive entrance i.s adequately separated from the
proposed Zip'Nand the proposed Judd's.
4. Approval ofdrainag€~reportispending review by Mark
Smith.
5. City Engibeer David Pullen expressed concern regarding
how delivery trucks will maneuver on the limited
driveway areas on the site.

the fire connections.. Coordinate locations of fire
