The Fire Marshal expressed concern wit'h anexi t to the rear of thebui Idingbecauseof the extreme narrow alley-in that location. Coordinate \vi th Harry Dav.is to work out any fire haza.rdproblems. 2. The Building Official indicated there may besoine fire wall problems on the north \\Tallof thisbu.ilding.Coordinate with Coy Perry to solve any building code problems. 3. The Electrical Department representative informed the applicant.. the only electrical services to that location are 120/240 single phase or 120/240 3-phase. He also instructed the applicant to maintain an l8foot~learance\vithutility lines running over the parking lot. Coordinate. all electrical requirements with the Electrical Department. 4. City Engineer Pullen indicated he had no problems with the proposal. 6' P~R.C. 88~407 page 2 5-25-88 5. P&ZRepresentative Brochu indicated he had no problems with the proposal. 6. Coordinate dumpster location or garbage service with Jim Smith in the Public Services Department. 7. Furnish BTU (natural gas) requirements to Kean Register of Lone Star Gas. 8. Coordinate telephone requirements with Lavern Akin of GTE. Mr. Blaylock asked if he could get the City to designate a Loading Zone along Patricia Street for his use in stocking his restaurant. Mr. Callaway instructed him to refer his request in writing to Traffic Engineer John Black. ) .,....
