Re: Resubdivision of The Regency Village
Dear David:
We appreciate your cooperation in working with us on revicew and
approval of all aspects of our Regency Village project. The
assistance of the Ci ty I s Planning, Engineering and Bu~ilding
Departments has certainly helped us to make this project a success..
To summarize our understanding of the public utility easement issue
as discussed at the plat review meeting held in College Stat:ion .on
January 27 and subsequent telephone conversations with Les Pittman,
our engineer, we understand that we will proceed as follows:
1.
The City will approve and
Resubdivision of The Regency
currently submitted. This
easements.

Village subdivision as
plat shows no utility
2. As a cond~tion of receiving a build~ng permit, we will
coordinate with your office to provide blanket utility
easements for the site.
3. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, we
will file an amended plat which will show as.-buil t
utility easements. We will also vacate the blanket
easements dedicate per item 2 above.
Should your understanding of this procedure differ from ours,
please let us know.
