density residential and parks and recreational uses, ether fore .staff finds no

Mr. Dresser asked ~aho is responsible for the development nd maintenance of Jones
Butler Road. Mr. Callacaay replied ghat the City Engineer is not momentarily in
attendance so he will attempt`to ans~ver, and to the best f his knowledge, he thinks
Jones Butler Road is a county road ~aithn the Cit~T, but a ded that he does not kno~~
~,~~~o is responsible far the maintenance of that road. Mr' Pullen returned to- the
'meeting at that irne, and he question Baas re-directed to him. Mr Pullen replied
that -there is no such street in the City, that it is a pi ce of real estate ~~~hch is

decides it wants it back, Mr Dresser asked then if they are any plans for

Mr. Dresser then.asked`if the `subject land has pre~Tiously been platted and Mr.
Callaway replied that it has, it is pri~Tately maned and h s :been platted as l~ small
single famil~r lots. ` Mr. Dresser `said teat he simply does` not understand cahat is
~an~ on in that part of town, and that in his agnion, t is is: an awfull~T shallow
tract of land to be developed into apartments, adding tha zt would appear to block a
rather, lame tract ~.~f land from having access to Holleman Mr. ' Calla~,~ay explained
the location of the. parkland which has been dedicated, bu staved that: access t~ the
parkland has not been addressed, adding that usually -land is provided by dedication
