Re.: Grading and Drainage Plan for the Precision Tune ite
Mark :
Please find enclosed the drainage .map with runoff e lculations and the
grading plan .for the Precision Tune site. ~Ihile reviewi g them, please keep
in mind my comments on the grading plan. The general.. d ainage concept is to
drain the rear perking: lot from east to west, in a shoe flow, than channel
the runoff in a slightly "V" shaped. drive .along the w st properly line to
the existing pavement in front of the site and let t e .water sheet flog
across this existngpavement and the existing Tenne.c Oil parking lot to
. State ~Ighway 30. The average grade for the proposed paving is 0.7~~.
Also, on .the grading plan is a detail for-the paving t be constructed over
the existing sani Lard sewer line. I have inclu ed a copy of the
calculations .for the load conditions on the pipe. under the ::rigid pavement.
when you have completed your review of the atached ' nformation, please
notify me.
Sincerely,
~._.
