A.publichearing is required for a proposed conditional use permit. Theapplicant
is responsible for placing an advertisement in the paper at least 15 days prior to
the ...publichearing.The . Planning Departmentdwill prepare the ad. All property
owners within 200 feet must be notified of the public hearing. The City PIjepares
and mails these notifications to the people on the list prepared by the City's Tax
Office. See Ordinance No. 850 Section 10 for complete requirements.
Minimum Requirements:

conditional use permit and all of the above requirements must be repeated.
