3. Ten (lO) copies of site plan which include requirements for site plan
proposals as listed on attached sheet. This site plan will go to P.R.C.
for review, afterwhich> ten (10) revised copies of site plan will be
required.
4. Detailed explanation of proposed use including hours qf operation, number of
employees, number of students, children, church membe~s, etc., as
applicable.
5. If signisplannedforproject,siteplan should include sign elevation and
details. If sign details, etc., are not included on the plans submitted
with this application, any future sign must be considered as a separate
conditional use permit and all of the above requirements must be repeated.
