The P. R.C. met on this date to review th'e . abovement io'ned pr.oject, and recomme.nds approval of the proposa.l with the f!ollowingconditions*: ( I) A si te.grading/dra!inage plan must be approved prior to construction of this 'pa[rkinglot. Th.e P. R. c. ;agreed this mU.st be a condi t ion of approval', of the Condi t ional Use Permi t. (2) Show the setback dimensions from the rights-of-way. (3) E i therhose bibs within 150 feet of any l;andscaping or an irrigation system is required. Show what is bleing planned on the site plan. (4) Protection of trees is not necessary to mceet the landscape point requirements. The..
