received your application for a Conditional Use Permit for the

LOCATION & CURRENT ZONING: 3.51 acres on south side of Jersey,
approximately 50 feet west of Marion Pugh Drive. Zoning is R-6
Apartments High Density.
PROPOSED USE: Parking lot for athletic and special city and
university functions.
