PLAN TO DETERMINE REQUIRED PARKING SPACES BUILDINGS The site will ,contain two buildings each approxim tely 14 ft. by 32 ft. which will beconnectedina "T" shape. The building facing the front of the site will be completely insulated with air conditioning/heating capacity. This area w.ll be used to house a ticket booth and several.. video machines to be used by clientel while.waiting for their turn at the GO-Ci rts 0 Soft drink machines will also be present in this area..The :second building will contain a small office and the remainder wi, 1 be used as a storage area for the go-carts, parts and SUP] lies. The two buildings. will be joined by a .passageway containijrlg two washrooms and an emergency exit door. GO-CART TRACK The intent is to use as much of the landsi te as pc:>ssible for the track itself. The track will be unpaved (dirt) iand illuminated for night use.. Depending upon the constraints es.tablished by the Commi t tee determining.. the number of parkingspace:s required, the track will be a maximum of1j2 mile inlength.urhere will be a total of 8 go-carts available for use each capalole of holding only 1 person. Therefore a majority of the tha.t overall land area can only be used by 8 people at one time unlike other amusement type operations where a large number o:f people may be present on the site.
