ARLINGTON Requires 1 space per 600 s.f. of site area exclusive of any buildings. AUSTIN Parking for outdoor sports requires, a special determination by the Commission Parking for outdoor "spectator tt uses requires 1 space per employee plus I space per 400 gross s.f. DENTON Requires 20 spaces plus 1 per 100 s.f. of floor area over 1,000 s.f. Go-cart tracts require a special permit in Agricultural and Commercial zones and is permitted in Industrial zones. GARLAND Requires I space per 3 patrons. LONGVIEW Requires I space per 200 s.f. of floor area.of buildings plus 1 space per 400 s.f. of site area exclusive of buildings and parking. The City found this requirement to be excessive for something as large as a golf course, but it works well for smaller uses such as a Putt-P'utt. Commercial amusemellts are permi tted only in heavy commercial zones due to noise. LUBBOCK Parking is determined by the Commission based on the number of carts. Go-cart tracts are only allowed by special permit in the heaviest zoning districts. The City has found surrounding property owners to be offended by the noise. SAN ANTONIO Requires 1 space per 800 s.f. of recreation area plus 1 space per 100 s.f. of indoor area. TYLER Requires a conditional use permit with the Commission determining a parkillg requirement.
