SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - Dentist Office ad ition to the
existing commercial center at 180.0 Brothers Bo levard (87-416)
TheP.R.C. only has the authority to approve s.te plans if all
ordinance requirements are met. T.he P.R.C.met on this .date to
review the subject pro'ject and approved it wit rl the following
conditions*:
The Electrical Superintendent pointed out ther maybe a conflict
between this proposed 2-8 tory addit ion and all xi sting ut i 1 i ty
pole. He stated that 10 feet of clearance ,bo th overhea.dand to
the side, must be maintained between any structure and all
electrical line. Coordinate with.. the Electrica.l Department to
solve any possible .problems in utility locatio;a. Also furnish to
that department the voltage desired and electric load data
requirements.
Laverne Dube of GTE. stated telephone service i::; on.. the same
utility pole as mentioned by the Electric Department, so if it is
relocated, coordinate with her. Also furnish a.ddi t ional
requirements to that company.
No other problems w.ere>identified atthisrevi ~w. *Anychanges to
all approve.d site plan must be cleared. through the Planning
Division.
SUBMIT 8 COPIES OF PLANS TO THE PLANNING DEPARKrMENT FOR APPROVAL
PRIOR TO CONTINUING WITH STEP II OFTHEBUILDI~G PERMIT PROCESS.
