(87~413) The/P.R.C. only llas.the authorit.y t.oapprove s~te plans if all ordinance requirements are met. TheP.R.C.met on this date to review the subject project, and recommends app:roval of the proposal with the following conditions*: (1) The Assistant City Engineer made the following statements: This project is located at the interlSection of 2 urban collector streets.
