The P.R'.C. met on April 1, 1987to.review the above mentioned
project and approved the project with the following conditions*:
1. Sllowthe Iocat ion .of the hos.ebibsto provide water to the
landscaping in the. islands.
2. Proposed dumpster arrangements have not been reviewed by
the Public Services Department. Coordinate dumpster
,requirements/arrangements with Bob Epps, the Assistant Director of
Public Services.
3. Furnish electric load data requirements .. to Ray Havens ,
Assistant Electrical Superintendent. Locate electrical service
near the south corner.
4. Coordinate telephone requirements wi thLaverrl Dube of GTE.
5. Coordinate natural gas requiremellts with Terran Sancllez of
Lone Star Gas.
6. Mark the driveway across the rear of this property to indicate
it isa Fire LaneIJ Coordinate with Harry Davis, Fire Marshal.
The existing fire hydrant will provide adequate co"erage for this

7. The water met.erwill be set on top of the water line.
8. Cor.rectthe .land.scape legend to reflect ttl 1/2 inches tf rather
than "1/2 inchuasshown.
9. Identify the parking spaces inside the building.

APPROVAL PRIOR TO. CONTINUING WITH STEP II OF THE BUILDING PERMIT
