PRESUBMISSION CONFERENCE

SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat - Woodcreek Section Four, 22.44 acres
located on the south side of Woodcreek Drive (extension) in
Woodcreek Subdivision, bounded on the west by Woodcreek Sec. 3
and on the east by Foxfire Phase II. (87-300)
A Presubmission Conference was held on this date to review the
subject plat, and staff recommends approval of this plat as
proposed with the following conditions*:
City Engineer Pullen encouraged the developers to take another
look at the configuration of the lots/street along Block 13, Lots
16, 17, 18 & 19 and pointed out that the configuration as
propos ed may encourage dr i v ing on the wrong side of tIle street,
and thus cause traffic problems.
Mr. Pullen then addressed driveway access with the following lots
taking access only from the minor street:
Block 13 Lots 1 & 2
Block 16 Lots 1, 10, 11 & 14
Block 13 Lot 29
SUBMIT FILM POSITIVE AND 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAT TO THE
PLANNING DIVISION BY NOON ON SEPTEMBER 25 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE
PACKETS FOR THE P&Z MEETING ON OCTOBER 1, 1987.
*Any changes .to an approved plat must be cleared through the
Planning Division.
