Earlier in 1987 Southwood Plaza Phase One was 8pprovedwhich subdivided 14.59 acres out of Block 15 into smaller lots. Thisreplat subdivides the remaining 16. 38 acres of Block 15 into, 2 lots; one a very small lot and one a much larger lot.
