A public hearing to consider a Final Plat --Southwood Valley
Pllase Two, aresubdivision of Block 15 Southwood Valley Sect ion
Three (87-214)
ITEM SUMMARY:
Southwood Valley Section Three. was originally platted in 1975,
with Block 15 being. one very large tract of land. Earlier in
1987 Southwood Plaza Phase One was 8pprovedwhich subdivided
14.59 acres out of Block 15 into smaller lots. Thisreplat
subdivides the remaining 16. 38 acres of Block 15 into, 2 lots; one
a very small lot and one a much larger lot. "Public hearings are
required by law prior to consideration of replatting of land.
