Final Plat- Southwood Plaza Phase One (formerly part
of Block 15 Southwood Valley Section Three - (87-206)
A Presubmission Conference was held on this date to review the
subject plat, and staff recommends approval of this plat as
proposed with the following conditions*:
(1) Dan Sears of Area Progress Corporation informed those in
attenda~ce that the owner will be making the following changes:
(a) The own~r-developer will be reflected as Southwood
Valley, Inc.
(b) The property 1 ines between ,Lots .1 & 2 wi 11 be changed
and straightened so the drainage and utility easement in that
location will be primarily on Lot 2.
(2) Show the existing easement containing the existing sewer
line crossing Lot 3. When the ttAs Builttt repIst is submitted 'to
cover the easements across Lot 3, the easement can be abandoned
because the existing sewer line will have been relocated by that
time.

(3) Coordinate natural gas easement requirements .with Lane
Weatherby of Lone Star Gas.
(4) Coordinate telephone easement requirements with Lavern Dube
of GTE.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES AND FILM POSITIVE OF THE PLAT TO THE PLANNING
DEPARTMENT BY NOON ON JUNE 12, 1987 TO BE INCLUDED ON THE P&Z
AGENDA FOR JUNE 18, 1987.
*Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the
Planning Division.
