(b) The property 1 ines between ,Lots .1 & 2 wi 11 be changed and straightened so the drainage and utility easement in that location will be primarily on Lot 2. (2) Show the existing easement containing the existing sewer line crossing Lot 3. When the ttAs Builttt repIst is submitted 'to cover the easements across Lot 3, the easement can be abandoned because the existing sewer line will have been relocated by that time.
