wallace came .in totalkwithme Tuesday morning regarding the parking situation at this site. you might
know already that he was going to convert 3000 square feet from storage to office space. , he thought he
was ok with parking and wanted me to verify that. . he had 'brought me a parking availablity breakdown on
or around feb. 1.
well, unfortunately, hedoesnofhavethe parking available to. make the conversion, and it seems that the
last time we permitted afinish-outwe may have done so in error. , ., i say this, because, according to
wallace,he'sbeenunderthe impression that we'veaUowed 34 spaces located behind prince irrigation to
count toward his requirement, when in fact we cannot count these spaces> because they are.not actually
built. theareais$tillbeingused>asa storage yard by prince, and is not improved' as a parking .101. he
easement from prince that would allow thespaces.to be bullt if wallace wanted to. . but we need.. more
than just the easement, wene.edthe34 spaces to be installed to code before we can count them.
