Box 9960 Coll ege Station, TX 77840 Re: Rezoning Request of 5.75 Acres, Texas Ave. South, by Episcopal Church Jim: As the OWners of the 86 Acres surrounding this tract, we do support the appl icant I s request to zone. their entire property C-1. Th is zoning woul d be compatible with OLW adjacent .property. We also feel that since it is our intention to soon request rezoning a portion of our land toC-l (to increase the depth of our present C-1 property) that their rezoning would be appropriate. A suggested depth of the rezoned C-1 property would be. back to the Bryan El ectrical Utili ties Easement, which would also be a logical and requested location of a future extens ion of Longmire Drive. The Church1srezoning request is also appropriate since the "Courtland" Subdivision plan is now void.
