A public hearing is required for a proposed conditional use permit. The applicant
is responsible for, .placing an. advertisement in the paper at least 15 days prior to
the public hearing. The Planning Department will prepare the ad. All property
OWners within 200 feet must<be notified of the public hearing. The City prepares
and mails these notifications to the people on the list prepared by the City's Tax
Office. See Ordinance No. 850 Section. 10 for complete requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Application completed in full plus list of property owners within 200 feet.
(City Tax Office prepares list upon request from applicant.)
2. Receipt for filing fee ($25.00) plus $2.00 for each property owner within
200 feet as listed on the City Tax rolls. ALLOW 48HOUIlS FORPRKPARATION OF

3. Five (5) Copies of site plan which include requirements for site plan
proposals.as listed on attached sheet. This s'ite plan will go to P.R.C.
for review, .afterwhich ten (10) revised'copies of site plan will be
required.
4. Detailed explanation Qf proposed use including hours .of operation, number of
employees, number of students, children, church members, etc., as
applicable.
5. If sign is planned for project, site plan shoUld include sign elevation and
details. If sign details, etc. ,are not included on the plans submitted
with this application, any future sign must be considered as a separate
conditional use permit and all of the above requirements must be repeated.

Minimum parking space is 9' x 20', or on a perimeter row, 9' x 181 with a 2' overhang.
Minimum drive width IS231wlth head-in parking or 20' without parking.
LandscClped islands of6'f raised curb are located at both ends of each parking row.
