NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station.Planning and ZoningCommiss1on will hold a public
hearing on the question .ofgranting aConditionalUsePermi t for
the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity house to be located. on LotI Block
66 of the proposed Southwood Valley Section 28 near the
intersection of F.M..2154 and the extension of Deacon Drive.
The request f.or UsePermi t is in the name of Alpha Gamma Rho
Fraterni.ty.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station
City Hall, 1101 South Texas Avenue at the 7:00 P.M. meeting of the
Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 17, 1986.
