Staff Comments:
The C-N district regulations require approval of both site
plans and proposed use by the Commission..
This proposal provides for a 4200 square foot neighborhood
shoppingcente<r. The only use proposed at this time. is a
convenience store with gasoline sales. The balance of the
center (approx. 1700 square feet) would remain as lease
space.
