R. C. me.t on December 17, 1986 to review the above mentioned project and <recommends' approval of the project with the following conditions..* : 1. Coordinate electric load data requirements with Ray Havens; service will.be ...underground. 2. Coordinate telephone requirements with Laverne Dube of GTE. 3. Coor,dinate natural gas requirements wi th.Terran Sanchez of Lone Star Gas. 4. One 3-yard dumpster will be required; relocate away fr.omthe building addition so it will be in line with the loading lane. 5. Parkin.g area must be paved; include 6ft raised curb with drain outlets around this area. Coordinate final Drainage Plan with Engineering.Department. 6. The existing water line and .gas line are under the proposed addition to the rear of the existing building and will have to be moved; coordinate with Water & Sewer Department and Lone Star Gas Company. 1 P. Some electr'ic power linesiwiTlhave to be moved at the time the portable buildings are moved; coordinate timing of that move with Electric Department to. facilitate a sm.ooth transition. 8. Some landscaping arotlndj in the parking area is preferred but not required. THE FIRE MARSHAL RAISED A QUESTION REGARDING WHETHER OR NOT A TWO STORY.
