Applicant appealed staff decision/direction asa condition to site plan approval. Staff expressed a desire fo.... addlt i onalg rassed a rea and I es s blacktbP prior to approving asTte plan. The applicant felt that because he hadmet ordlnancerequirements with regard to landscaping points, it Was not necessary that he create additional grassy areas since the cost to hfm would be substantial. At the P./hC. review of this site plan a compromise was reached, with the applIcant agreeing to remove between 600 and 700 square feet of additional blacktbp from the parts of the driveways which face Dominik, near the front of the bUlldlng,and further to establish grassy areas where the blacktop was removed. The P.R.C. agreed to this compromrse. The only other conditions for approval were that the appl icant should coordinate all utility requirements with the appropriate entities: i.e., Ray Havens -Electrical Department; Bill Riley -Water & Sewer Department; Terran Sanchez - Lone Star Gas Co.; and Laverne Dube - GTE. SUBMIT 4COP1ESOF REVISED SITE PLAN TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL; THREE OF WHICH ~.JILL BE RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT FOR USE IN THE RECONSTRUCTIOt~ OF TfflS SI TE . sjv
