Laverne Dube, GTE Carol Elmore, Assistant City Attorney Bob Epps, Assistant Director of Public Services Shirley Yolk, Planning Technician SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - Peso Exchange- C-NG Zoning District located at 601 University Drive (Lot 1 Blk 6 Tauber Addn) The P.R.C. met on November 5, 1986 to review the above mentioned project Emd approved the project with the following conditions*: 1. Show drainage information on site plan. (How the water flows, how it exits the. property, and where it enters the system) 2. Along University Drive, the curbing must meet either Highway Department or City of College Station standards, including a sidewalk behine the curb. Include details on plans when applying for a building permit. 3. Show the dimensions of the curb cuts. 4. A (minimum) 20 foot radius on the corner of University & Stasney is required. 5. The radius of the curb cut on University is acceptable for a one-way in driveway. 6. Furnish utility requirement information to appropriate entities as soon as possible. 7. The proposed dumpster location is adequate. 8. Owners should be aware that the private parking lots will probably not be available for use by patrons of this business even after 5 P.M. 9. Do not encroach the required 10 foot setback. SUBMIT 10 COPIES .OF REVISED SITE PLAN TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO CONTINUING WITH STEP II OF THE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS. *Any changes to an approved site plan must be cleared through the Office of the Director of Planning.
