Director ofPlanrdng ~- Mark Smith, Assistant City Engineer Nancy Sawtelle, P&Z Representative Others attending: Ray Havens, Electrical Division Bland Ellen, Fire Marshal's office Laverne Dube, GTE Kim Johnson, Assistant Zoning Official TerranSanchez, Lone star Gas Bob Epps, Assistant Director of Public Services Shirley Volk, Planning Technician SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - Retail Use on Lots 11&12 Block 16 Southwood Valley 3 (86-425) The P.R.C. met on this date to review the abovementioned project and approves it with the followin,gcondition*: (1) Change the landscaping points allowed for barricaded trees on legend.; barricading radius as shown on plans are inadequate; total points for project will still be adequate. (2) A location map should be included on site plan. ' (3) All curbing must be shown on site plan. (4) Check with .Building..Department regarding whether or not a sign for handicapped facilities/parking is required. (5) Furnish site grading plans with Building Permit application. (6) Coordinate electric load data requirements and meter location with Ray Havens in the Electric Department. (7) Coordinate telephone requirements with Lavern Dube of GTE. (8) Coordinate natural gas requirements with Terran Sanchez of Lone Star Gas. (9) Fire Department indicates no problemstvith site plan. (10) Department of Public Services indicates no problem with location of ,dumpster. One 3-yard dumpster will be the minimum required. SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED SITE PLAN TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL l?RIOR TO CONTINUING WITH STEP II OF BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS. *Any changes to an approved site plan must be cleared through the Planning Division. 1
