If underground service is desired, furnish a letter requesting same. Change the angle of the dumpster pad to reflect requirement of the Assistan;tDirector of Public Services. One 3 yard dumpster is required, however, __ a suggestion was made to use one 6 - yard d,umpster which should handle both present and future needs. Dumpster pad must be a minimum of 12' x 12' (interior measurements) ; e,xclusion of gates is a:dvised. Coordinate all water and sewer requirements with the Water & Sewer-. Depa.rtment. Eighteen foot parki.ng spaces must have a 2 foot overhang included on the property. Elimination of the parking spaces along the west side of the bui'ldinghasbeen suggested; create an 8 foot wide island along the western property line.
