for the benefit of all persons, firms, corporations and

quests, 'a perpetual non-exclusive irrevocable easement

(b) Prior to the use of the easem-ents referred to

construct and thereaftermainitain thereon, at "its sole
cost and expense, a hardtop ,urface of the same materi-

the Plantation Property.

(c ) Plantation and Munzel agree that. they wi.ll' not
allow parking or any other obstructions on any of the
easements referred to" in subparagraph (a) above, and
each agrees to keep suchea~ements open at all times and
free of any obstruction.
(d) PlantationaqreesthatMunzel shall have the
right at any time hereafter to cause the abandonment of
the existing curbcut on the boundary line of the Plant a-
tionTract adjacent to State Highway No. 6, provided
said curbcutispromptlyrelocated"onthe boundary line
of said Tract One adjacent ' to state Highway No. 6" and
Plantation hereby agrees tt?joinwi th M.unzel in the
execution of any instrument, certificate or agreement
necessary thereto.

(e) Munzel, for itself and any future owner or
owners of the Munzel Tract, agrees to indemnify and hold
harmless., Plantation and any future owner or owners ' of
the Plantation Tract from and against any claims for
loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of the
easementsx-eferredtoinsubparagraphs fa) above by any
. beneficiary of this Easement.
(f) " Munzeldoesherebymake, grant,barqain, sell
and convey unto Plantation,' its successors and assigns,
and any future owner <or owners of the Plantation Tract,
a perpetual non-exclusive irrevocable easement and
right-of-way on, "over and under that certain parcel-of
land desicmatedasUTract Three" on Exhibit"DUattached
hereto and .'madeapart hereof .forthepurposes of
operating,. " maintaininq,removinqand repairing an
existing underground storm sewer located thereon.
(q) Plantation, .at its sole cost and expense,
aqrees to maintain the storm sewer referred to in
subparagraph(f lab9ve .andto->use theeasem~ntsqranted
under supparaqraph (f) above so as not to unreasonably. .' ,
interfere with the use and operation of the Munzel
Tract.
