SUBJECT: Res'ubdivision FINAL PLAT - Herman F. Krenek Subdivision
Phase Two (86-213) located on the east side of Texas
Avenue approximately 250 feet north of Brentwood Drive.
The above staff/utility personnel reviewed the subject
resubdivision plat and recommend<. approval with the following
note to the owners and any future owners:
Any owner (s) or future owner (s) of Lot 4 o'n this plat should be
aware .that no construction will be allowed over the existing
utility easement which runs through the middle of this property.
THIS HEPLAT IS SCHEDULED TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION ON NOVEMBER 6, AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON
NOVEMBER 13,1986.
*Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the
Planning Division.
