Krenek Subdivision Phase Two (86-213) located on the east side of Texas Avenue approximately 250 feet north of Brentwood Drive. The above staff/utility personnel reviewed the subject resubdivision plat and recommend<. approval with the following note to the owners and any future owners: Any owner (s) or future owner (s) of Lot 4 o'n this plat should be aware .that no construction will be allowed over the existing utility easement which runs through the middle of this property.
