MEMORANDUM

RE: Fraternity Row Subdivision ~Alpha Gamma Row Fraternity
Building Permit'
In an attempt. to clarify some of the confus.ionsurrounding the
above subject, I present to you the following:
(1) . The subdivision has not .been final platted but is
scheduledforco.nsideration by. City Council Nov.. 13.
(2) ..Theplatwill not be filed until all platting
reqlJirementsare.. met i.e. letters of guaranteef il ed,
infrastructure completed and accepted.
(3) Building, plumbing, or electrical permits cannot be
issued until the subdivision has been approved:and.filedfor
record. (Section .4, Paragraph 4aSubdivision Ordinance No. .690)
(4) Sewer is under construction but incomplete at this
time.
(5) No water has been installed in the subdivision.
(6 ) streets .. have been rough graded to subgrade only.
(7) Some drainage work has been 'done in the subdivision.
I hope this brings you~nd your staff up-to-date on this matter
and. perhaps iplaceSyou>in a .betterJ;>Qsitlon when questioned
:r-egarding when a building permit will be available for the
fraterni<t~ house.
