2) List (from City Tax Office) of property owners within 200 feet of subject property.
(ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR TAX OFFICE TO PREPARt LIST).
3) Receipt for payment in the amount of $50.00 plus $4.00 for each person on above
1 ist. (Fee payable at City Tax Office)
4) Fully dimensioned map (on 24x36 paper) showing:
a) land affected
b) Legal description of area of proposed change.
c) Present zoning
d) Zoning classification of all abutting land
e) All publ ic & private rights-of.way and easements boundlng and intersecting
subject land.
ABOVE ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED IN PLANNING DEPARTMENT AT LEAST 20 DAYS PRIOR TO PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING. REGULAR COMMISSION MEETINGS ARE HELD THE FIRST AND
THIRD THURSDAYS OF EACH MONTH.
If a petition for rezoning is denied by either the Commission or the Council, another
application for rezoning shall not be filed within a period of 180 days from the date
of denial, except with the permission of the Commission or upon initiation by the City.
