TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The College Station Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a
public hearing on the question of rezoning the following
property:
Two tracts totalling 29.34 acres located on the east side of
Wellborn Road (FM2l54) approximately 5500 feet south of the
intersection of We'llborn Road and West Loop (FM28l8), (proposed
Southwood Valley Section 28), from R-4 Apartment/Low Density and C-l
General Commercial to R-5 Apartment/Medium Density. Applicant is
Area Progress Corporation.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College
Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue at the 7:00 P.M. meeting of
the Commission on Thursday, June 5, 1986.

This is to notify you that the City of College Station has
received your application requesting rezoning of the property
described below:
Two tracts totalling 29.34 acres located on the east side of
Wellborn Road (FM2154) approximately 550n feet south of the
intersection of Wellborn Road and West Loop (FM2818), (proposE~d
Southwood Valley Section 28), from R-4 Apartment/Low Density und
C-l General Commercial to R-5 Apartment/Medium Density. Applicant
is Area Progress Corporation.

This request will be considered in two public hearings to be held
as follows:
Planning & Zoning Commission: 7:00 P.M. Thursday,
June 5, 1986
City Council: 7:00 P.M4 Thuraday,
June 26, 1986
Both hearings will be held in the Council Room of the College
Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue. The date of the City
Council public hearing may be changed because of action taken
by the Planning & Zoning Commission. If that date is changed,
you will be notified by mail.
No other letters of notification have been sent, as Area Progress
Corporation own; all land within 2'00 feet of this property.
