MORE PARTICULARL.Y DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS IN THE BODY OF

WHEREASJtheCity Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00P.M. on February 13, 1986.onthe question of rezoning
certain.areas within the city limits;
AND,WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the cla.ssificationof the following two (2)
tracts of land lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector
League, Abstract No. 46, CollegeStatioD, Brazos County,Texas,
and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as
follows:
TRACT NO. 1
Being all that certain 7.11 acre tract or parcel of land, lying
and being situated in the Morgan Rector League, Abstract No. 46,
College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and being that same called
7.108 acre tract conveyed to Mayfield-Wilkerson-Jefferson
Partnership#3byTomanettand.Corporationby deed recorded in
Volume 690 ,Page 502 of theOffidial Rec'ordsofBrazosCoun ty,
Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
COMMENCING at the west corner of Lot 19, Richards Addition, as
recorded in Volume 137, Page 25 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County,Texas;
