subdivision) located at the southeast corner of the
intersection afRock Prairie Road and Texas Avenue (SH6), from
Agriculture-Open DistrictA-O to Commercial-Industrial District
C-2. Applicant is Jerry Bishop & Associates, Inc. Owner of land
is JoeA. Ferreri, President Tex-J Ranches, Inc.
The hearing will beheld in the Council Room of the College
Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue at tIle 7:00 P.M. meeting of
the Council on February 13, 1986.
