Minimum dumpster pad dlmenslons: 12'x 121 P.R.C.. DrainageStatementprovlded;compl1ance required. RE: DraInage and Grading: developer should make a special effort to match the grades of this project to the existIng grades on adjacent property when cross Lng the property 1 'nes. The proposed location of the fuel pric~ sign in the utility easement is questionable. If location fsapproved, applicant must provide a written agreement between the City and the property owner to cover this. Plan_and Profile drawings for water servIce are required. Furnish a final s;teplan and electric load data to the Electrical Department. 'funde~ground servrce is required, furnish a letter requesting same.
