The new amendment also proposes a size 11mi ton accessory structures as,the
setback will be reduced. This is in order to limit the intrusion onto the
adjacent neighbor's rear yard area. Living quarters are limited to 25% of
the area; of the princIpal' structure and other accessory structures are ,limited
to 10% oJ the area of the principal structureClGarages and carports are not
limited.
