Conditional Use permits lire granted .by the Commission,
subject to appropriate conditions and safeguards, when the
Commission finds:
A. That.the proposed use meets.lill the minimum standards
established in the Zoning Ordinance for this type of
use;
B. That the proposed use is iniharmony with the purpose and
intent of the zoning ordinancean.d the plan for physical
development of the district as embodied in the
comprehensive plan for the development of the City;
C. Thatthe~roposedusewill not be detrimental to the
health, welfare,. and safety of the surrounding
neighborhood or its occupants, nor be substantially or
permanently injurious to neighboring property.

This church was granted a permit by the commission for a
space in College Station Business Center. A copy of the
minutes of that hearing is attached.
The number ofp.arking spaces in this facility are adequate
for a church with a maximum of 43 seats.
