On 9-13-85 a petition was filed with the city Council office to appeal the decision of tl').e P&Z. On 10-10-85 the Council considered and tabled the appeal. On 10-24-85 the Council upheld the decision of the P&Z to grant the C.U.P. with the 11 conditions, but added several conditions to that decision; those being (l)a single ,row of single family dwellings on lots a minimum of 110 feet to be developed in the area of the property f~cing Dominik, and (2) with the proposed land swap which would enlarge the are~ of the Richard Carter Park. The property on which the Conditional Use Permit for the church facility was approved is zoned R-l Single Family Residential. The area is reflected as low density residential on the land use plan.
