Texas 77840 Dear Mr. Randolph: As stated in the letter you received from Mr. Mayo dated November 5, 1985 relative to the parking situation at Creekside, there is no longer adequate parking to allow more square footage to be occupied beyond building E. This will be the case until the additional parking lot is constructed and the total parking count reaches 205. Until that time if you wish to receive a building permit for the space occupying building E and the additional 1700 square feet of building D, one will be issued only if the additional parking lot is significantly under construction. A certificate of occupancy will only be i'~sued once the parking lot is complete. as is the case with all certificates of occupancy~ all code requirements must be met prior to their issuance. This,of course, includes parking, striping and landscaping requirements.
