Box 9960 1101 Texas Avenue College' Station, Texas 77840-2499 Re: Family Tree, Phase One Final Plat Mr. Mayo: We are presently in the process of preparing the Family Tree, Phase One final plat for submiss,ion to the City for approval. The two items preventing us from submitting the plat -for approval are one, a commitment from the owner of the property to submit a letter of guarantee covering the remainder of -theconstruc.tioncostsand two, as we discussed in your office on April 30, a r:eviewofthe lot widths within cul-de-sacs to ensure they meet all city requirements. At this time we request a six month extension on the master preliminary plat of Family Tree which was approved in April 1985. 'We will appreciate your assistance is helping us gain approval for the requested extension. Box .9960 1101 Texas Avenue College Station, Texas 77840-2499 Re: Family Tree Phase One Final Plat Mr. Mayo: The Family Tree Phase One final plat is complete but not ready for filing 'because the construction of the street and drainage improvements to the subdivision are not complete. Contracts for the remaining construction are J still under negotiation thus weare unsure when the actual work will be completed. The master preliminary plat for Family Tree will expire in October 1986. At this time we request a six month extension on the master preliminary platl. We would greatly appreciate your approval of this requested extension.
