Wheelstops may be required on interior rows longer than 10 spaces or in
special situations.
Sidewalks are a minimum 4 ft. wide on site; 6 ft. wide adjacent to parking
spaces.

Healthy, native trees over 611 caliper should be retained whenever possTble.
Curb cuts are determined by City Engineer. Standards are one curb cut for a
site with 125 feet street frontage: and two cuts for 250 feet frontage. An
additional 500 feet of. frontage Is needed for each additional cut. In general,
keep cuts at least 200 feet from maJor intersections.

Fire lanes of a minimum of 20 feet lnw'ldth with a minimum height 'clearance
of 14 feet must be established if any structure of any type is more than
150 feet from a public street or highway.
Any structure in any zoning dlstr:ict other than R-l ,R-lAor R~2mustbe within
300 feet of a flrehydrant as .measuredalong apubl icstreet or 'highway.
Flrehydrants must be Jocated on the same side.of a major street as a 'project,
andshallbeln a location approved by the Fire Marshal's offlceand the Super-
intendent of Water and Sewer.
Office or business facilities in excess of 5,000 sq. ft. must furnish parking
spaces (mini'mum size 12' x 201) designated for use by.handicappedpersons only,
wi th ramps wi th no greater gradJentthanl: 12 and a minimum wi dth of4feet.
