Gentlemen:
We have submitted today., Friday May 3, 1985, a final plat for
Southwood Valley,Section 24-A.
Since this plat is somewhat different from an earlier Preliminary
Plat, I think some explanation is appropriate.

Street ( 3.4 Acre "Tract A") which was originally to be some
small single-family lots on a cul-de-sac.
Several years ago we sold the same L.D.S. Church a 2 Acre Tract
on PonderosaRoad,<but they later decided that this site was' less
than they needed alldasked usto locate another larger site which
we have done, and the Church has contracted ...to purchase it.
For whatever itis worth, our past experience in three cases has
shown that churches often purchase a site too small, then may
have to relocate before build'ing, be_cause no additional land is
available.
In this case, I am requesting

present time, (shown as. "Tract

completed their plans and site layout, just in case tlieyshould

this year;/we are proceeding with construction of the Streets and
Uti,litiesandwill be able to complete construction on time.
I would appreciate your favorable action on this small plot at
your next meeting, -enabling us to record it by June 1,1985.
