Since this plat is somewhat different from an earlier Preliminary Plat, I think some explanation is appropriate. Several years ago we sold the same L.D.S. Church a 2 Acre Tract on PonderosaRoad,<but they later decided that this site was' less than they needed alldasked usto locate another larger site which we have done, and the Church has contracted ...to purchase it. For whatever itis worth, our past experience in three cases has shown that churches often purchase a site too small, then may have to relocate before build'ing, be_cause no additional land is available. In this case, I am requesting which will omit development of present time, (shown as. "Tract your approval of the final plat the lots on Acoma Court for the B").
