being. a part. of the .4. 1836 acre tl-act conveyed to Robert Callaway
Corporation by deed recorded in Volume 539, Page 10 of the Deed
ReCOl"ds of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particulady

Being a thirty ..( 3D') foot wide strip of land lying along the south
side of the longest northerly boundary line. of said 4. 1836 aCI-e tract;
said thirty (30') foot wide strip of land shall begin at an iron rod

land and in the '-ight-of-way line of Marion Pugh Drive; then along
