the Parkway Circle Apartments. A zone change is required as
tIle current zoning would not allow the proposed use.

2. This request simply provides for an adjustment in

Mr. Callaway expltiined that the subject tract of. land was purchased from the City

No one else spoke. The public hearing was closed. Mr. Wendler made a motion to
approve this rezoning request. Mrsc Stallings seconded the moti()nwhich carried
unanimously (7-0).
