NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has
received an application requesting rezoning. of a property locflted
within 200 feet of a tract of land owned by you. The request
will be considered in two public hearings. to be held as follo~is:
Planning & Zoning Commission: 7:00P.M. Thursday,
November 7, 1985
City Council: 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 20, 1985
Both hearings will beheld in the Council Room of the College
Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue. The: date of the Council
public hearing may be changed because of action taken by the
Commission. If the date of the Council hearing is changed, yC)U
will be notified by mail.
The details of the application are as follows:
Location: An B.95 acre tract of land located on the north sidle
of the proposed extension of Holleman Drive, approximately 1500
feet east of Lassie Lane.

extension of Holleman Drive, approximately 1500 feet east of
Lassie Lane, from A--P Administrative-Professional to C-l Gener'al
Commercial.

This request will be considered in two public hearings to be held
as follows:
