The request will be considered in two public hearings. to be held as follo~is: Planning & Zoning Commission: 7:00P.M. Thursday, November 7, 1985 City Council: 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 20, 1985 Both hearings will beheld in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue.
