WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall

rezoning certain areas within the City Limits;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITYCOUNCIIIOF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7: 00 P.M. on Thursday, August 22" 1985 on the question 'of
rezoningcertainare.aswithin the City Limits;
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of the following tract or
parcel of landlylng and being situated in the Richard Carter
Survey,A-8 in College Station, Brazos County, Texas and being
all of that 0.9894 acre tract, which is part of Lot 2Rof the
Courtyard Apartments Subdi-visionas re,corded in Volume 7'57, Page
336 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more
particularly described by metes an,d bounds as fo~llows:
,COMMENCING: at an iron rod found marking the most easterly corner
of the Courtyard Apartments Subdivision, said iron rod also
marking the intersection of the northwest right-of-way line of
State Highway No. 30 and the southwest right-of-way line of
Stallings Drive;
